Well Exploration

This was a single well contract with CNL using the OES Respect swamp barge. The objective was to drill one exploration well (Saturn – 1). The well was drilled and completed April 2022.

Platform Installation & Six (6) Wells Project

TirexPE and Shelf Drilling agreed on a contract with First E&P to drill 4-6 development wells using the SD Mentor. The primary contract duration was 225 days commencing Q3 2022 up to the 4th of March 2023. The contract was extended and completed on the 30th of June 2023.

Field Development Project

This project is a drilling campaign consisting of several development wells with first well spudded in Q4, 2022. Initial contract duration is 1 year with option of another 1-year extension. Drilling and completion operations will boost the Nigeria hydrocarbon production. The Tirex – OES consortium is currently in the process of exercising the 1-year option.

Ikike Wells Development & Well Intervention Campaign

This was Tirex premier project contract and was awarded in Q2 2021 and executed in partnership with Shelf drilling. The whole scope of the contract was completed in March 2023 and the Customer extended the contract for another six months to complete additional wells bringing the contract to an end on the 30th of October 2023. The scope completed included several development wells as well as successful well interventions executed to boost hydrocarbon production. Also completed was an appraisal well with promising reservoir potentials.

Well Exploration

This project is a drilling campaign consisting of several development wells. Tirex in partnership with Shelf Drilling is deploying the Trident VIII Jack-Up drilling unit. The contract is spanned for 12 months with an optional extension.
