Joanne Tolulope is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with over 14 years of experience in private practice and the oil and gas industry.

At Tirex Petroleum and Energy, she leads the Legal and Compliance Unit, overseeing enterprise contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Joanne is known for her strategic legal insights and has successfully navigated high-stakes negotiations and multi-million-dollar agreements.

She is a certified Corporate Governance Professional, a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria, and a member of the International Bar Association.

Joanne holds a Law degree from the University of Jos and was called to the Nigerian Bar. Outside of work, she is a passionate mentor, music lover, and advocate for women
in leadership.
