An experienced Chief Executive and leader, Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi expertise spans the Energy, Construction and Engineering, and Financial service sectors.

She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program and holds a B.Sc. in Political Science, and an M.Sc. in Political Economy and Governance. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Young Presidents Organization, Women in Business and other reputable organizations.

She is the Executive Chairperson of the foremost drilling contractor in Nigeria – Tirex Petroleum and Energy Limited. She is also the founder and director of the Still Earth Group of Companies. Under her leadership, Tirex PE has grown to acquire a significant share of the drilling services market and is highly regarded as Nigeria’s most active drilling contractor.

Ms Adeyemi serves on the boards of multiple companies in diverse Nigerian corporate and business sectors. She has been conferred with several awards, including the African Leader of Integrity Merit Award in Accra, Ghana.
