The Nigeria Annual International Conference and Exhibition (NAICE) is an annual conference organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Nigeria Council. NAICE has held annually since inception in 1976 with a focus on collecting and encouraging the dissemination of technical knowledge and technologies related to the oil and gas industry as well as to provide an E&P marketplace for Sub-Sahara Africa.

Over the years NAICE has grown to become the largest upstream Oil and Gas event in Africa attracting industry regulators, high level government officials, petroleum technology professionals and other key oil and gas industry stakeholders.

SPE Nigeria Council hosted her 45th edition of the Nigeria Annual International Conference and Exhibition (NAICE) from August 1 – 3, 2022 with Tirex Petroleum and Energy Limited as a Diamond sponsor, at the Expo Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. The theme of the 2022 NAICE is “Global Transition to Renewable and Sustainable Energy and the Future of Oil and Gas in Africa”.

NAICE features other sub-events such as Technical Paper presentations in 24 technical sessions, Pre-Conference Short Courses and SPE Africa Region Officers Workshop, Young Professionals Workshop, Panel Sessions I&II, Topical Issues Workshop, Women Development Programme, Family Programme, Students Programmes, Dinners and Awards etc.
